Helpful Information

The final fee will be determined at the consultation visit and is dependent on each situation. If the number/type/size/temperement etc. of the pet(s), services requested, extra duties performed, special circumstances, emergencies, or other matters cause a visit to exceed allotted time, client will be charged accordingly.

A 15% discount will be applied to ongoing assignments, and to long-term assignments after the first ten days of care

There is no charge for the initial key pick-up and drop-off. Subsequent key pick-ups and returns will incur a $10 charge. We recommend joining our "Ready Key" Program. This is a free service that allows us to keep a copy of your key securely on file for future visits.

There is a mileage charge applied to visits outside the 5-mile radius of NW Tyler & 2nd.

All holidays have an additional $10 surcharge per visit.

Visits that are specifically requested by the owner to occur prior to 7 am or after 7 pm will incur an additional $3 charge. There will be no additional charge if I make the choice to visit during off-hours.
